The Women’s Health Diet isn’t about eating less; it’s about eating more—more nutrient-dense food, to crowd out the empty calories and keep you full all day. That’s important, because restricting food will kill your metabolism.
According to this research paper, men who are between 20-40 years old with under 8% body fat are considered “underfat”, whereas a “healthy” range is described as between 8-19%. For women in this same age group, any level under 21% is “underfat” and 21-33% is considered “healthy”.

Garlic has a history of killing parasites and controlling secondary fungal infections. It also detoxifies while gently stimulating elimination, and has antioxidant properties to protect against oxidation caused by parasite toxins. The active components in garlic that kill parasites are allicin and ajoene.
- 10 grams of dried cloves
- 100 grams of linseed
Cloves also have anti-viral and anti-bacterial qualities, and can even prevent adult onset diabetes by stabilizing blood sugar levels.
Cloves are best when the dried bud is kept in tact and used fresh; however, there are tinctures, dried powders, and even clove teas that can be used on a daily basis.
Grind these ingredients to make a powder. Take 2 tablespoon of the powder in the morning for 3 subsequent days.
Another option is to dissolve the powder into a glass of water, or to add it into your breakfast.
Clove contains significant amounts of an active component called eugenol, which has made it the subject of numerous health studies, including studies on the prevention of toxicity from environmental pollutants like carbon tetrachloride, digestive tract cancers, and joint inflammation. In the United States, eugenol extracts from clove have often been used in dentistry in conjunction with root canal therapy, temporary fillings, and general gum pain, since eugenol and other components of clove (including beta-caryophyllene) combine to make clove a mild anaesthetic as well as an anti-bacterial agent.
